Delete your account

In the app (the quickest way)

1. Open Postflight and go to Settings.
2. Under Leaving, tap Remove my data.
3. Choose whether the cards you already sent stay with your friends, type your @handle and hold the stamp to close your passport.

Without the app

Email bragi.support@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Postflight account" and your @handle. We'll confirm by email and close the passport for you within 7 days.

What happens

• Your passport is held for 14 days in case you change your mind: sign in again before then and everything comes back. While it's held, nobody can find you, see your passport or send to you, and cards you sent that are still travelling wait at the depot.
• After 14 days it's deleted for good: your account, passport, friends, lamps, help notes, notification tokens, the cards you received and your photos.
• Cards you already gave friends stay with them as "from someone who left", with the picture and words but without your name, handle, face or city, unless you chose to take them back, in which case they're deleted too.
• Backups forget everything within 30 more days. We keep purchase records only as long as the law requires.
• A Postmaster ticket is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions).
